Safety & Care
Our warmer is flameless — there is no open flame and no soot. That's the core safety benefit over burning a candle. A few simple guidelines keep it that way:
- Keep out of reach of little hands and paws — the bulb and melted wax get warm, like any warm appliance.
- Use on a clear, flat, heat-tolerant surface, away from curtains, paper, and clutter.
- Use the auto-off timer so it never runs longer than you intend.
- Fits most standard jar candles, including many 3-wick jars. Don't use oversized or non-jar candles.
- Unplug before moving or cleaning. Wipe the base with a dry cloth.
We avoid absolute safety claims. "Flameless" means no open flame and no soot — it does not mean the unit stays cool. Always supervise and keep out of reach of children and pets.
A note on pets
There's no flame to singe whiskers, and unlike essential-oil diffusers there are no essential oils involved — you're simply warming a normal candle. Still, keep it out of reach like any warm appliance.
